Metagenics, a leader in health and wellness, tasked our design team with creating a workspace that embodies community, vitality, and their commitment to health. We empowered employees to co-create the environment, integrating scientific narratives into every aspect, from wayfinding to art curation. Inspired by the human body’s ecosystem, our design transformed the workspace into an immersive museum, with scientists contributing educational labels connecting artwork to Metagenics products. The centerpiece lobby art installation, crafted by employees at an SPMD facilitated workshop, symbolizes the company’s values and collective creativity, fostering a sense of belonging and pride in their workspace.
